The gathering begins with a 60-minute personalised sound healing session, crafted to support the intentions of the group or individuals, accompanied by a soothing tea or elixir to deepen your resonance. Afterward, enjoy a light, nourishing lunch, afternoon tea, or aperitivo, thoughtfully designed to enhance your frequency and extend the benefits of the sound journey.

We begin with a short discovery call to understand your needs and choose the best format—studio or a location of your choice.
At the appointment you will be welcomed with a healing elixir or tea, then move into a 50‑minute sound‑healing session.
After a slow, gentle re‑entry, we will settle to a nourishing, high‑vibrational lunch, tea or aperitivo to integrate the experience.
